Already has its core/adapter split written down in PORTING.md — the core ports, the adapter gets rewritten per app. That doc becomes the lift instructions.

Running on fixtures. Every answer below is scripted from the sample workspace on this page — no model, no database, no network. The bar marks each run demo in its header for the same reason. A product mounts the identical component with its own adapter; only the source changes.
